Cherry Butter
2 quarts of pitted cherries 1 cup water 1 cup crushed pineapple 2 tbsp lemon juice 4 cups of sugar Combine all ingredients. Cook slowly stirring until thick. Cook and enjoy on pancakes or toast.

3 eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries Powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 8 or 9 inch baking dish. 3 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp vegetable or sesame oil 1 tbsp cilantro 1 tbsp sugar ¾ tsp salt ½ tsp lime zest dash of hot pepper sauce Mix together well.
